“Jen provided me with the foundation I needed for success. This foundation included a strategic plan for growth with reasonable, attainable goals. After implementing the plan, I felt much less overwhelmed and stuck.

Not only did Jen care about the success of the business, she also cared about what’s best for me as a person. This type of support was critical for me.”

Meet Jennifer

I’ve traversed industries from finance to fashion. As a researcher at heart, I uncover hidden problems and potential to help creative founders and leaders elevate their capabilities and impact.

My career has taken me from journalism to branding to research to the start-up ecosystem to finance. My common thread: the ability to share enduring stories, design effective processes, and create meaningful experiences for my colleagues, team and community. My number one skill: to go after things I don’t know how to do — yet — and master them.

I think you can too.

I grew up in a small town with very few role models for the type of career I dreamed of building. I didn’t know any artists or —“creatives” — that weren’t “starving”. No one I knew worked in “corporate America”. And I didn’t know what it meant to build a business. I never heard the word “entrepreneur” until college.

In the course of pursuing those dreams, my initial experiences convinced me that there were lots of things that I wasn’t good at. Creativity. Learning. Networking. Public Speaking. Sales.

I’ve proven myself wrong. In the past 15 years I’ve completed a creative PhD in an accelerated three year timeframe, created a networking community serving more than 1000 individuals, delivered a TEDx with more than 170K views, and built a sales enablement function and team to help an amazing salesforce elevate their skills and enhance their sales practice.

Turns out, “learning” is one of my biggest strengths. And through it all I’ve developed practices to get started and master new things that builds competency and confidence.

To get where you want to go, you have to do something different than what you’re doing now.

If you’re ready to try something different to elevate your business …
